Cameron Hall case study
Cam Hall came to Gradum as a high school hitter who had struggled to find success at the plate. Heading into his senior year, Cam knew he needed a change if he wanted to continue playing the game at the next level. He and his family wanted him to become a hitter who could truly compete in the batter’s box — not just survive at-bats, but drive the baseball with confidence and intent on the field.

From the start, we identified familiar issues we see in many high school hitters — not using the lower half, disconnecting, and a lack of consistent power through contact. We got to work and focused on building a stronger foundation for his swing.Â

By his senior year, Cam had completely turned his swing around. He went from struggling to produce at the plate to earning the attention of college coaches, ultimately securing a Division II scholarship. We’re proud of the progress Cam has made and excited to see what the future holds as he continues to develop his swing at the college level.
